Saida Desilets is a passionate and motivated Universal Tao instructor dedicated to the education and empowerment of sexual energy. Her programs are basesd on an extensive background in movement arts (dance & martial), healing arts (massage & energy), and meditation and Qi Gong. Desilets found that sexual energy is one of the most misunderstood, misused, yet abundant and creative energies that is accessable to all people. Her programs are designed both to create a solid fountation to center and cleanse the body as well as to enable the practitioner to access and cultivate this potent chi consciously. When not sharing her love of these practices, Saida can be found writing poetry, completing her book and DVD on the feminine sexual practice, playing in the beauty of nature and constantly expanding her own understanding of human sensuality.
